Valdez Infracon is a professional mobile phone trading company focused on recycling, repairing, and re-marketing of used mobile phones based in Hyderabad. We operate a 2,600 square feet state-of-art facility, which enables us to deliver customer's orders with speed, volume, and quality.

Today we service carrier, wholesaler and retailer customers. Our success has been derived bycatering towards our customers’ specific demands and become a strategic partner in their business to develop a long term relationship. We are working towards to provide recycling, re- manufacturing, and re-marketing turnkey solutions for our partners. We are capable of catering our services towards our customer’s needs. Such services include mobile phone repair, refurbishment, custom packaging, software configurations, data / content removal, warehousing, and much more.

Ajay Tripathy (Founder & Managing Director)

Hello! I'm Ajay Kumar Tripathy, a dedicated Sales Professional with a passion for meeting people, exploring new places, watching friction & thriller series, love to ride and drive, play all sports and love to learn new languages. With twenty-six years of experience in S&D and BD. I bring expertise in strategic vision, leadership skills, and industry expertise to drive business growth, streamline operations, and foster a culture of innovation. My journey has led me to excel in as the Founder & CEO of Valdez Infracon Pvt Ltd since April 2023, I have demonstrated my ability to efficiently lead and grow a startup company, achieving a turnover of Rs 275lakhs within the first year (April 2023 to March 2024) of operation. I am eager to bring my unique blend of experience and skills and contribute to its continued success.

Outside of work, I indulge in playing and watching cricket and love to indulge in EPL and other football leagues, Read Newspaper and actively gossiping about india and other political satire to rejuvenate my creativity and maintain a balanced lifestyle. Whether it's playing any sports, making new friends, or exploring new places I find joy in exploring diverse avenues of self-expression.

As a communicator, I thrive on meaningful interactions and collaboration. I believe in fostering genuine connections, whether it's through professional endeavours or personal relationships. With a commitment to continuous growth and learning, I embrace challenges as opportunities for development.

Co-Founder and HR & Marketing professional, she brings with her rich experience of 20 yrs in core HR planning and strategy. Having worked in each of the core segments namely OD, PMS, Compensation & Benefits, Operation’s HR, competency mapping, Induction, Training & development, Employee recognition platform for different corporates.

Parvinder Singh (Director Sales & Operation)

Specialized in channel sales, distribution management, retail sales management and business development with over 25 years of experience in Mobile life cycle solutions. Founder of Mobialive company and the person behind one of the biggest and only Used/Refurbished mobile, spare partsmobile Training event in India called Mobialive.

An alumnus of IIT Delhi with MBA and engineering degree in mechanical has over 20 years of work
experience in diverse industries across telecom, media & consumer durables. He has held leadership
roles in Idea, Vodafone, Wipro Consumer care & lighting and Hindustan times.

Sandeep Garimella(Finance & Audit)

Sandeep, CA, CISA, Gold Medalist qualified as CA in the year 2011 and has been in practice since
then. He is having 10 years of experience in the profession of Audit, Accountancy services, Taxation-
Direct and Indirect Taxes. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor and also successfully
completed Certification Course on International Taxation, Concurrent Audit conducted by ICAI.

Mr Kamal Singha Director ( International Operation, Dubai)
